I thought I hadn't seen "Van Impe Presents" on the listings on TBN in a
long time. And, now I know why. Jack Van Impe pulled his prophecy
program OFF of TBN.
Apparently, Pastor Van Impe, feels TBN is going down the wrong path.
And, called out Rick Warren, and Robert Schuller, (both liberal
Pastors), about their watering down the Gospel message, and trying to
blend Christian teaching with Islam. Apparently, there is a liberal
New Age movement called "Chrislam", where Christianity, and Islam are
combined, to form this New Age doctrine. Who knew ?? I didn't.
When Paul Crouch saw the program when it ran on TBN, in June 2011, TBN
cut the critical comments, by Van Impe, and edited it out of the rerun
broadcast. Van Impe pulled his show in protest, after TBN censored the
program. Saying he will not allow his program to be censored,
especially in favor of what Van Impe believes to be NON Christian
teaching.
GOOD for Dr. Van Impe. I thought I hadn't seen his program listed on
TBN's schedule. I, for one, will NOT be watching TBN in the future.
There has been too much scandel associated with Trinity for YEARS now.
And, this censorship of one of the best prophecy teachers today......is
the final straw for me.
I get the Van Impe newsletter, but I don't recall Dr. Van Impe
mentioning this incident. The divisions in the Christian world, is
truly telling, and is a sign of the end times.
